Made to Order

All prints and framed works are made to order. Limited edition prints are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind. Open edition prints, where available, are also made to order and subject to the same conditions.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@printsbyemma.com.au with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged goods; replacements will be provided.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at info@printsbyemma.com.au and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
