How long does it take to receive my order ?

All prints and frames at Prints By Emma are made to order so please allow 7 days for all prints and 14 days for print and frames. If you require something made sooner please get in touch and we will see how we can expedite the process for you.

Do you ship internationally ?

We can ship prints internationally but not frames. For all international shipping quotes, please email us with your print order and shipping location so we can better assist you.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged ?

While we take the utmost care to make sure your brand new piece is packaged so there is no damage, accidents can happen! If your piece arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and we will assist you with getting a new print sent out.

Do you offer refunds?

Our items are made to order so we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If your order is damaged, we are happy to assist you with getting a replacement.
