How long does it take to receive my order ?

All prints and frames at Prints By Emma are made to order so please allow 7 days for all prints and 14 days for print and frames. If you require something made sooner please get in touch and I will see how I can expedite the process for you.

Do you ship internationally ?

I can ship prints internationally but not frames. For all international shipping quotes, please email me with your print order and shipping location so I can better assist you.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged ?

While I take the utmost care to make sure your brand new piece is packaged so there is no damage, accidents can happen! If your piece arrives damaged, please email me with photos of the damage and I will assist you with getting a new print sent out.

Do you offer refunds?

My items are made to order so we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If your order is damaged, I am happy to assist you with getting a replacement.

What sizes are available?

Prints are available in three limited edition sizes: 10x15", 16x24", and 30x45". Each size has its own edition limit. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted in that size.

What framing options are available?

Frames are available in black, white, or oak. I also offer custom framing consultations for collectors who want something tailored to their space. All frames are constructed with archival materials at Three Edge Framing and Gallery in Sydney.

Do you offer glass glazing?

Yes. Both acrylic and glass glazing options are available, including UV-protective and anti-reflective glass for collectors who prefer it.
